1. Booking
Booking a driving lesson or course is binding upon confirmation by email, phone or our online system. You must be at least 16 years old for category B training and hold a valid Swedish learner permit (körkortstillstånd) before practicing on public roads.
2. Cancellation
Driving lessons must be cancelled at least 24 hours in advance. Late cancellation or no-show is charged in full. Risk 1 and Risk 2 courses: cancellation at least 72 hours before start; otherwise the full course fee is charged.
3. Payment
We accept Swish, debit/credit card and invoice. Payment is due by the invoice date. Late payment incurs reminder fees and interest per the Swedish Interest Act.
4. Pricing
Current prices are listed on our website. We reserve the right to adjust prices; already booked and paid courses are not affected by price changes.
5. Right of withdrawal
For distance contracts you have a 14-day withdrawal period under the Swedish Distance Contracts Act. The right ends if the course begins within the withdrawal period and you have expressly consented.
6. Cancelled lessons
If we must cancel a lesson (illness, vehicle issues, weather) we offer a replacement slot at no extra cost. We do not reimburse indirect costs.
7. Complaints
Send complaints to hej@heliostrafikskola.se. We respond within 10 business days. Disputes can be referred to the Swedish National Board for Consumer Disputes (arn.se).
